A lightweight CLI package that:

• predict_cdrs: infers CDR1/2/3 regions from input FASTA‑style CSV.
• explain_hidden_states: extracts per‑token BiLSTM hidden states.
• explain_saliency: computes gradient‑based saliency maps.
